Please read the following details in regard to our registration and cancellation policies.
Please note that test registration is only available online. All payments must go through our online store.
It is required that both dog and handler/owner must be registered with NAVHDA International as well as our local chapter. Do not purchase a test spot unless you and your dog are currently registered.

Please note – if your NAVHDA dog registration number is pending and is not received by the Test Secretary at least two weeks prior to the first test day of a 2 or 3-day test schedule your entry fee will be forfeited.
Refund Policy: Handler’s pulling a dog prior to 45 full days before a test will receive a full refund less a $25.00 handling fee. A Handler pulling a dog within 45 days of the first day of a multi-day test will receive no refund. Written requests for refund must be sent to the Test Secretary within the timeframe listed above. Verbal requests cannot be honored.
The Test Secretary will send you an email upon receipt of your test entry form. Approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the test you will receive information about the test which will include your running day. We try very hard to accommodate everyone’s wishes concerning running days but at times it is not possible.
Filling vacancies – When or if a test opening should become available in the test, potential test applicants will be notified in the order of the applications with payment were received.
Central Oregon NAVHDA reserves the right to alter or change test sites due to operational, environmental or other needs.
